     Fernando Mendez

Fernando combines more than fifteen years of consulting experience with significant executive tenure as a technology entrepreneur. As a consultant with McKinsey & Co. he advised multi-national corporations on such topics as strategic planning, corporate finance and new market development. As a technology entrepreneur he founded two technology ventures in the Internet and software sectors. More recently, Fernando has helped Fortune 50 corporations in the development and execution of complex marketing campaigns.

     Rob Simpson

As Senior Consultant, Rob is responsible for client engagement, project definition, strategic management and execution. Prior to joining Audienz Marketing, Rob worked in a variety of consulting roles with several leading technology companies, including Doble Engineering, MCK Communications, Akamai, Symbol Technologies and Meridian Technology Marketing. More recently, Rob served as a Business Development Manager at Microsoft Corporation.

     Rik Wright

Rik is a veteran technologist with more than 15 years of experience providing leadership in business planning, product development and marketing strategy. At Microsoft, Rik was responsible for managing the Windows Server Enterprise product family. At Akamai, he was a Senior Program Manager working on the development of cloud services. He has an exceptionally strong background in not only packaged software, but also with web analytics, media analytics, cloud computing, web services, SaaS and virtualization applications.

Hila Grinberger

Through her diverse career in marketing, technology and law, Hila managed and drove different incentives and projects in many different industries. As a Consultant, Hila puts her many skills to use in client engagement, project definition, strategic management and execution. Prior to joining Audienz Marketing, Hila, after graduating with an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan Business School, worked as a Product Manager at Microsoft.

     Abby Breckenridge

Abby gets excited about helping companies engage with their audience and figuring out ways to use digital media to meet business goals. Her commitment to strong project management, cross-team collaboration and creative thinking help make her marketing endeavors stand out. Since finishing her M.B.A. at Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2007, she has been a marketing consultant for a variety of businesses including Bing Maps, Swedish Medical Center, Salt Interiors and Vittana.

     Luke Newman

Luke is an experienced consultant and project manager who has worked with high tech companies for over five years. A born problem solver and strategist, he loves projects that involve process optimization or driving business growth. He often leverages his deep analytical skill to build elegant financial modeling tools that support mission critical decision making. Luke is known for consistently delivering strategic value alongside project execution.

     Anita Penders

Anita Penders is an accomplished marketing professional with over 13 years of B2C/B2B marketing experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Prior to joining Audienz as a Senior Consultant, she spent more than six years at Microsoft as a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing the UC partner recruitment and go-to-market strategy in the US, growing market share and product revenue by executing innovative demand generation marketing campaigns, and leading product launches to drive customer awareness and adoption of new technologies. Prior to Microsoft, Anita worked for Unisys Corporation & AT&T Broadband in Marketing and Alliance Management roles.

     Steve Heuring

Steve combines 20 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and business leadership, in both consulting and management roles. Steve founded WriteIQ, a product messaging and content creation agency serving a range of clients from startup ventures to Fortune 50 organizations. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Steve has also helped to build and grow a number of companies in executive positions, including CEO of glassybaby, VP Marketing for RocketPipe, and General Manager of the Webby Award-winning AtomFilms.com.

Kristin Landgraff

Kristin brings over 12 years of marketing and project management experience to Audienz. She is committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing and communication strategies. Her diverse experience includes end-to-end campaign development, online marketing, event execution, business development as well as comprehensive program and project management. Since finishing her MBA at ESADE, Kristin has worked in interactive advertising in New York, acted as Marketing Director for a national technology consulting firm in Seattle and consulted on a variety of marketing campaigns.

     Joshua Thompson

Joshua is Audienz's lead SEO Strategist. As a 15-year veteran of the SEO industry, he is an avid follower of SEO trends and state-of-the-art "white hat" techniques and tools. His digital marketing, web development, eCommerce, and SEO experience includes founding and growing three startups—in the beverages, music, and adventure entertainment industries—and working as a software engineer for Microsoft. He has a Bachelors of Science in Business Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
